 Assembly and Installation: Crystal by Design offers a full assembly and/or installation service for your Crystal chandelier or light fitting. Our professional staff will assemble the fitting either on your premises or at our showroom ready for installation. The assembled fitting will be completely 100% intact and working ready for installation either by you or our staff.

Customers will be guaranteed that all crystal is on site and the fitting is ready for Electrical hook up. We do not do the electrical installation which has to be done by a licensed Electrical contractor. However we can recommend Electricians from our wide data base.

Winches: For larger pendants/chandeliers we recommend installation of a winch to assist with the installation and maintenance/cleaning of the fitting. We carry a wide range of manual and electric winches suitable for our range. Our professional staff will assist in the correct selection of the winch for your application and can arrange installation.

House Plans: In conjunction with our affliate retail Company, M1 Lighting, our professional and experienced staff can assist you in the Lighting plan for your entire house/office/hotel/restaurant etc. Advice can be given on light requirements by room, type of lighting needed in particular applications, number of lights - every aspect to give you peace of mind and expert advice.

Crystal cleaning/restoration: We offer an unique cleaning and restoration service. Restore your prized possession to its original condition with a thorough clean and/or restoration. Crystal can be replaced or updated and frames can be repaired and replated if need be.

Crystal and Accessory Spares:We carry a comprehensive range of spare crystals both natural crystal and coloured. Every type of accessory needed for your light fitting is available.
